This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Old Istanbul. It is conveniently located just behind the blue mosque, making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff are incredibly friendly and informative, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need. And the breakfast served on the rooftop with gorgeous sea views is an absolute treat.
All was great, nothing to complain about!

Global comfortable feeling. Nice designed lobby at 1st floor but it would be better with drink and espresso offer.
Only cold breakfast buffet menu. Disturb noise from a neighbor bath and from the alleyway entrance room door.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel in Old Istanbul. the Aksaray district was the perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to the tram station and attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the sea. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sami at the reception. We also enjoyed the traditional Turkish breakfast each morning, which gave us a great start to our day of sightseeing.
The limited availability of room service.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, making our romantic escape that much more special. the hotel is located very close to a major metro station and a bustling market full of great treats. the cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations and the minibar offered a delicious array of goodies.
The breakfast was a bit bland for our tastes, but we were able to find some good restaurants nearby. the location was a bit further away from the main tourist spots than we would have preferred, but the convenience of the metro station made up for it.

Very helpful and kind stuff. The stuff do their best to help us with car parking and baggage. Good breakfast with sea view. Near to historical center.
Two times they can not find us a taxi and offer us their friend who cheats with bill.

Very Very nicely done interior... Small but Cute Hotel. Newly rebuilt. 5 minutes away from Tram. Attention to details. Beautiful view of the Sea from the Breakfast Room.
Smallish Rooms, but comfortable. Pushy Front Desk Manager, trying to sell packages, Bus Tours, Taxi ride back. Staff needs to learn some basic English.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the warm welcome with Turkish cafe and local sweets. The location was ideal, with easy access to sightseeing, shopping, and nightlife. The room had a nice view and the AC worked well. The breakfast offered a decent variety of fresh breads, cheese, fruits, and local sweets. The staff, especially Mr Nevzat, were outstanding and provided excellent customer service. The concierge attendants were helpful in providing information about the city.
The room size was quite small and the bathroom had a broken handle. The noise at night was disruptive, and the curtains were too small to block out the bright lights from outside.

bit difficult to find even for istanbul taxi drivers. oficial address in laleli but closer to aksaray (5 min walk from aksaray tramstation). very easy to get to/from airport if use the metro/tram (airport-zeytinburnu by metro and zeytinburnu-aksaray by tram). hotel staff were very friendly. complementary fruit delivered to your room every evening was nice. twinroom on corner of hotel (6th floor) reasonable size and good view towards sea and city. hotel was quiet when i was there so a problem with neighbours when hotel is full as the walls are very thin between rooms. cold breakfast was good but with no variation. well located in terms of public transport.
no variation with breakfast, only cold breakfast, instant coffee, no freshly squeezed juice, thin walls between rooms, only one english tv channel. loose tap on handbasin was not fixed in the 7 days i stayed in the room though they knew about it.

This hotel in the heart of Istanbul's Aksaray district is a real gem. It offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff here go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, and the basic amenities provided meet all the necessary requirements. The rooms, especially those with two single beds, are clean and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. But perhaps the highlight of this hotel is the breakfast served on the rooftop, accompanied by a gorgeous seaview. It's a delightful way to start the day, and truly adds to the overall experience.
All was up to expectations.

May be a bit noisy during the day for a nap...
